John Clemmer: New and Selected Works

This exhibition celebrated the many contributions to the arts in Louisiana by John Clemmer (b. 1921) over the course of his fifty-plus years as an artist.
Over the course of his lengthy career, Clemmer directed several notable art establishments, among them the Arts and Crafts Club, the New Orleans School of Art, and the Newcomb College Art Department, which he chaired until 1986.
