Curses and Candlelight: Egyptian After Hours Tour
Join us for a ghostly night of Egypt exploration by candlelight. Guests will take a guided tour of the tombs while learning about the curses, murders, and mysteries of Egyptian culture. Wear your macabre costumes and explore our mysterious Egyptian galleries after hours when the museum is normally closed and the lights are dimmed.
First, we will watch "Mummies: Secrets of the Pharaohs" in the Irene W. Pennington Planetarium.
Then, attendees will experience a staff-led tour and learn fun and grim facts that are normally kept as secrets of the crypt. As you lurk down the halls of our museum, you may unlock secrets of our new Egyptian exhibition, "Discoveries on the Nile: Exploring King Tut’s Tomb & the Amin Egyptian Collection."
Interested participants are encouraged to register since tour space is limited!
Tickets are $35 for non-member adults and $25 for LASM members. This tour is intended for individuals ages 14 and above. This purchase includes an all day access to our museum, meaning you may come and leave to your volition.
