What happens after an artist makes art, or a photographer shoots a photograph? Learn about the ins and outs of intellectual property and copyright for creatives in a digital world from LSU professors of law, photography, art history, and media.
Intrigued by the ongoing legal battles over ownership of Vivian Maier’s posthumously-discovered work, this panel of experts will explore the opportunities and pitfalls of creative endeavors in the modern age. The panelists are:
