Journey  from the birth of our solar system to the catastrophe of asteroid and comet impacts on Earth. Take an in-depth look at what comets are composed of and how scientists are able to study them. Discover what the chances are of an asteroid colliding with our planet and what we could do to prevent such an outcome. Updates on Comet ISON in our sky will be provided. A brief tour of the current seasonal night sky precedes this program.
