Ventures Through Our Solar System
This favorite program focuses on the strikingly different characteristics of the eight planets and their moons, and the formation of the solar system. The planetarium’s fulldome digital projection system takes students on an immersive, interactive adventure through our solar system that reveals the latest NASA planetary discoveries. After returning to Earth, students will participate in tracking the moons of Jupiter just as Galileo did to revealing the latest NASA planetary discoveries. A brief tour of the current seasonal night sky precedes this live, presenter-led program.
