THE DISCOVERY DOME GOES TO YOUR SCHOOL YEAR-ROUND!

Discovery Dome

LASM’s portable digital planetarium, known as the Discovery Dome, travels to your school! The inflatable, room-sized Discovery Dome requires an indoor space 25-feet square and 12-feet high, and a nearby electrical outlet.

Length            30-60 minutes long, with 15 minutes between each group presentation.

Group size     30 maximum

Fees                $350 (includes 4 presentations; maximum 3 hours)

                        $550 (includes 8 presentations; maximum 5 hours).

                        $650 (includes ten 30-minute presentations or five 60-minute presentations; maximum 7 hours)

                        Plus a travel fee for schools outside East Baton Rouge Parish.
