EDUCATIONAL CINEMA

Educational Cinema programs are digital movies projected onto the planetarium’s 60-foot- diameter dome using the latest technology. Dates are subject to change. Check here for updated information before completing your reservation request. Click on the shows below to find film descriptions, GLEs and classroom activities.

Due to the limited number of seats in the planetarium, only the number of students, teachers, and chaperones listed on your Reservation Request Form are guaranteed a seat. Any others attending with your group may join them only if seats are available. Tickets for these shows will be sold five minutes prior to the start of the show. Please note: There will be no late admittance to the planetarium.

TIMES: Flexible, on the hour
LENGTH: Allow one hour
GROUP SIZE: 170 maximum
COST: $6 per student and chaperone
